Do you offer pick up or delivery? YES!

Porch pick up is available to any local orders surrounding the Columbus, Ohio area.

Your order will be placed in a bin once ready. Orders will need to be picked up within 24 hours after you receive a "pickup is ready" notification. 

Delivery is available within a 10 mile radius from our location for an additional $8 per order. If you place multiple orders in one day, make sure to put delivery, only for one ONE order. Select pick up on the following orders.

Deliveries are made every THURSDAY, FRIDAY, and SATURDAY

Every order is shipped Priority Mail and will be delivered 1-3 days.

SHIPPED ORDERS: With warm weather, comes the chance for candles and wax melts to melt in transit. I will pack carefully to try to prevent melting. Please contact me if there are any melting issues that may require assistance.

 

Do you offer refunds or exchanges? 

All sales are final. However if a product is damaged during shipment, please submit photo proof of damages within 3 days of delivery. After review, we’ll respond within 24 hours and will be happy to replace/refund your order.

 

Do you offer wholesale? Absolutely!

Am I able to create my own custom order?

We try to stay in season with all of our scents, however; custom orders are available for a small additional price! If you’re looking for an out of season scent, shoot us a message and we’ll try our best to fulfill what you’re searching for!

We also make custom orders for business giveaways, baby showers, parties, weddings, and much more!
